It is rewarding to know you are turning what some consider waste into precious organic material for your garden.

What would your household do if the power went out for days, or a wildfire came close? Disaster Preparedness Day is a friendly, free way to get answers. Learn everyday first aid, Stop the Bleed, food safety in emergencies, and how to communicate when cell networks are down.

WELLNESS: Yoga class & Sound Bath in Pescadero
The one hour yoga portion is a gentle stretching to release tension and relax tight muscles. It rounds up with a soothing 15 minute sound bath.
Classes are Wednesday evening, 5:30 pm - 6:45 pm and Friday mornings 10:30 am to 11:45 am. $25 per person. Bring a yoga mat and blanket. Yoga blocks and lavender scented eye pillows are provided.
