Trail Treks, scheduled on the last Thursday of the month, provide exercise-focused hikes and opportunities to discover Midpen's beautiful preserves. Hit the trails with Docent Naturalists Nancy Weintraub, Nick Yatsko, and Bobbie Riedel for a moderately-paced loop trek with 800-foot climb along Saratoga Gap and Achistaca trails to the Skyline-to-the-Sea Trail. You'll appreciate shady mixed evergreen forest, steep canyons, a visit to Turtle Rock, and grassy ridges with sweeping vistas westward across thousands of acres of forested land. Bring a snack for a scenic stop along the way.
