Together, we will honor the balance of the autumn equinox, washing away what is no longer needed with healing frequencies and intention. To help us ground and settle in, we will be serving beautifully sourced herbal teas from The Sunshine Farmshop.🌿

What to bring: A yoga mat, cozy blankets, a pillow, an eye pillow and anything else you need to feel completely supported and comfortable on the floor. Spaces are limited in this beautiful gallery environment.
