The one hour yoga portion is a gentle stretching to release tension and relax tight muscles. It rounds up with a soothing 15 minute sound bath.
Classes are Wednesday evening, 5:30 pm - 6:45 pm and Friday mornings 10:30 am to 11:45 am. $25 per person. Bring a yoga mat and blanket. Yoga blocks and lavender scented eye pillows are provided.
